2. Booking and Payment

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking date. Final payment is due on the day of service. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled session may forfeit the deposit.

3. Copyright and Usage

Excellence Eclipse Photos retains copyright to all images. Clients receive usage rights for personal use. Commercial use requires separate licensing agreement. Images may be used for portfolio and marketing purposes.

4. Delivery and Satisfaction

Final edited images will be delivered within 7-14 business days via secure online gallery. We guarantee professional quality and offer reasonable revisions at no additional cost.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for missed shots due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, venue restrictions, or equipment failure.
